Vision: What do you see?
I see Timothy fellowship put love into practice by developing close inner bonding with each other and truly love each other as brothers and sisters in Christ
I see Timothy members put love into practice by stepping out his/her comfort zone to spread God's love to non-believers/seekers and developing relationships with non-believers/seekers.
Objectives: What do you intend?
To have every member serve in certain area of fellowship as co-worker and bond closely as a team of co workers.
To have more outreach events and informal activities to approach non-believers/seekers and develop closer relationships with them.
Goals: How will you get there?
Objective #1: To have every existing member serve in certain area of fellowship as co worker and bond closely as a team of co workers
- Goal #1: Establish a team of co workers that everyone has an area of serving and establish a commitment for everyone to the fellowship
- Goal #2: Teach members skills and tools that they need to serve faithfully in their areas.
- Goal #3: Establish stronger relationships between members as we serve grow and help with each other.
- Goal #4: Pray consistently to God for a committing heart of each member to the fellowship
Objective #2: To have more outreach events and informal activities to approach non-believers/seekers and develop closer relationships with them.
- Goal #1: Creating opportunities to meet and get to know non-believers/seekers by doing outreach events or hosting informal activities
- Goal #2: Regularly following up with the non-believers/seekers so they will not feel left out or not connected to the fellowship
- Goal #3: Creating a comfortable Christ-loving fellowship environment for non-believers/seekers by no problem solving, no quick answering, no snap judging, and no simple fixing.
- Goal #4: Pray consistently to God to attract non-believers/seekers and more love from members to non-believers/seekers
